First Allotment meeting 2012

We had a good turn out of hardcore allotmentiers for the first meeting of the new year. The site was looking a little bedraggled and in need of an injection of energy which we duly provided. Our early winter garlic has sprouted and the herb garden is looking fresh! (not least due to our resident mainstay gardener who keeps the plot ticking over). We started off preparing a fresh patch for some sowing in the next month or so, and potted a few discarded bulbs.
